Working Out
For two weeks now I have been eating healthy and working out everyday. It has been hard, but I have a goal to look good by preference in my preference dress. I am super determined and I feel so much healthier and better about myself. I have been tempted to eat sweets, but I have resisted the temptation and I am so glad. So far i have lost 5 ibs and i hope to lose at least 5 more by the time preference comes around. Needless to say working out and eating healthy really does change your life
